Please fill out the form below to register for the Southeastern Aquatic Expo being held September 25, 2021 at the Simpsonville Activity Center in Simpsonville, SC. The booth descriptions are below. If you need more than one booth, would like extra tables or chairs, or need water provided, please include the specifics in the notes section provided at the end of the form. Once your form is received, you will receive a Square email invoice from Southeaster Aquatics Expo. The invoice will be due upon receipt. No spaces will be held until the fees are paid.

There will be 2 exhibit rooms one for coral vendors and the other for all other vendors. The coral room will have low lighting and will be for coral vendors only. There is limited availability of premium booths and coral room booths. They will be reserved on a first come/first serve basis. All booths will be appropriately spaced to ensure proper social distancing.

We will be doing print advertising, as well as an online website and social media pages. Please provide a logo in .eps or .pdf vector format within 1 week of submitting this vendor form for advertising purposes. Any late submissions may be left of print advertisements. You may also submit photos of your products to be shared on website and social media. If you were a vendor with us last year and want to use the same logo as before, please just let us know we have permission to reuse it.

Premium Booth in Main Exhibit Room – $125

  • 8 x 6 booth space
  • Premium location in the Main Exhibit Room (corner spaces facing 2 aisles and/or entry way spaces)
  • Includes 2 6ft table and 2 chairs

Standard Booth in Main Exhibit Room – $50

  • 8 x 6 booth space
  • Includes 1 6 ft table & 2 chairs

Premium Booth in Coral Room – $200

  • 10 x 10 booth space
  • Premium location (1 booth on either side of the entry doors and 2 booths at the front spaces of the middle rows)
  • Includes 2 6ft table and 2 chairs

Premium 2 Booth in Coral Room – $175

  • 10 x 10 booth space
  • Premium location (back corners of middle rows, show space on side aisle and back aisle)
  • Includes 2 6ft table and 2 chairs

Standard Booth in Coral Room – $125

  • 10×10 booth space
  • Includes 1 6ft table and 2 chairs

Set up is from 4pm – 9pm September 24
Vendors will have access at 8am day of the show.
